Salvatore Magazzini


Salvatore Magazzini was born on February 28th, 1955, in Pistoia (Italy), where he presently lives and works. His first exhibition is dated 1969. Now his works are present in major collections in Italy, Switzerland, France, United States, Germany, Japan, Morocco and Colombia. Since 1991, he is present in the "PRANDI" international catalogue of Reggio Emilia and in some of the most prestigious Italian auction houses:

From 1994 to present '"FAIR ART" of Bologna ( in 1995 with a solo). In 1998 shows TOWN HALL anthology in Pistoia. RAI dedicated to the artist on his four services work. Among the major critics who have written on quote him: Pier Carlo Santini, Mauro Innocenti Alberico Sala, Edward Bianchini, Thomas Paloscia, Omar Calabrese, Mario Luzi, Riccardo Soldani Antonio Del Guercio. Of considerable interest the sculptural work (begun in 1969), especially in the juvenile phase of which is Apart from the opera "The Man of Monteriggioni" Reviewed by Mario Luzi and placed in the lobby of City Hall Quarrata, Pistoia.
